After the subscription the customer receives the box within 4 working days throughout Tbilisi after the box is ordered, and within 5 working days throughout the rest of Georgia. In case you wish to order the express delivery service, call the Travel Box company.
Terms and condition of the hotel voucher (hereinafter – voucher) placed in the box include the following terms and conditions:
Rules for use / application are attached to the other products and items placed in the box. Also the responsibility for offers proposed by the supplier to you (if any), as well as the responsibility for the quality of the items / services purchased is on supplier companies, and claims submitted by you should be directed to their name and address.
At the time of purchase, you will choose the payment method, the amount will be deducted from the card or credited to the company account based on the invoice.

By the action of the customer, which caused damage to the hotel interior, equipment, inventory and / or its components and / or any other property damage to the hotel, as well as in case of violation of the requirements for the use of "green passport" issued by the Government of Georgia, is responsible for the customer in accordance with the rules established by law.
5. Order cancellation / Refund / Reimburse/box return
The order can be canceled within 24 hours of the order, and in this case the refund/ remuneration shall be made within 5 days of the initial date of the order.
You have the right to return Travel Box within 14 calendar days after receiving it without any grounds, in which case you should email us at the following address: info@travelbox.ge about the return of Travel Box.
Travel boxes will not be accepted if any of the following conditions are met:
A) Prior to receiving notification of the Travel Box return, we had completed the service or begun providing services with your permission; and/or
B) The item in the composition of the travel box has been opened, used, or removed.
If the box is returned, you are obliged to return the box not later than 7 calendar days after sending the notification. The travel box is returned to us at the following address: Jacob Nikoladze 5, Tbilisi.
In the event of a boxing return, the boxing value will be reimbursed no later than the next business day after the box's return, by accruing the same amount of money used by the user, unless the user consents to the use of other payment means and does not expand.
6. Composition / Content
Any visual and text material posted on our website is the property of the Travel Box or is licensed for use. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, download, copy or use the mentioned content in whole or in part for personal commercial purposes or without the prior written permission.
